1. General
These Rental Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and stays at Lynx Valley (“the Property”). By making a reservation, guests confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once the required payment and booking details are received.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the reservation.
Payments must be made according to the instructions provided at booking. Accepted payment methods: [insert methods].
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00 on the arrival date.
- Check-out: by 11:00 on the departure date.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and based on availability.
4. Cancellation & No-show
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Bringing a pet without prior approval may result in cancellation of the stay without refund and/or additional cleaning or damage fees.
6. House Rules
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- Guests must use the Property respectfully and follow all instructions provided.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only with proper disposal of waste.
- Parties or events are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
- Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00
7. Damage & Security Deposit
Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
A security deposit may be required. It will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is needed.
8. Liability
Guests use the Property at their own risk.
Lynx Valley and its owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss or theft of personal belongings, or events beyond reasonable control (including weather events, natural hazards, or force majeure situations).
9. Local Conditions & Safety
Crni Lug is a mountain region. Trail, road, and weather conditions may change quickly. Guests must exercise appropriate caution and follow all safety recommendations, signage, and local regulations.
10. Changes & Cancellation by Host
Lynx Valley may cancel or modify a reservation in exceptional circumstances such as major property damage or safety concerns. In such cases, guests will be notified promptly and offered reasonable alternatives or refunds when appropriate.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled by the competent courts in Croatia.
